Benefitz at Homegrown 2026

At Benefitz, we’ve been producing big, bold and colourful images for Homegrown right from the inception of the iconic annual New Zealand music festival back in 2008.

It was a thrill to help them again with printing for Jim Beam Homegrown 2026, a hugely successful event held in mid-March at a fantastic new venue, Claudelands Oval in Hamilton.

Close to 30,000 people came from far and wide to experience the best of Kiwi music across seven stages at Homegrown, 40-50 acts on seven massive stages, featuring New Zealand’s biggest names in Roots, Reggae, EDM, Rock, Pop and Hip Hop.

The sun shone down on Claudelands for the festival as it made its return in a far bigger format after 18 years in Wellington.

Thousands of metres of fence scrim printed by Benefitz were required for the fencing to secure the ticketed venue. Massive mesh banners were printed for wrapping all VIP structures and stages. In addition, we printed rigid directional signage, bar menus and instructions for all the entrances. All the printed mesh was finished with reinforced double-stitched edges with lots of eyelets to withstand the weather.

This is a big project, but one we love doing. Being able to print up to five metres wide and virtually any length makes things easier as well.

Jim Beam Homegrown will be back again in 2027 at the same venue on 3 April. We hear that 2027 is going to be bigger.

Exciting!
