Helping The Dyspraxia Support Trust
Jun 27, 2008During 2007 Benefitz were lucky enough to receive a Civic Award from
North Shore City. Tireless community contributor Bonnie Williams was
also presented with an award. It was an acknowlegment of the work that
she does for the Dyspraxia Support Trust, an organisation which
helps children with both Dyspraxia and other special needs. The award
was also for the work Bonnie does for the Grandparents Raising
Grandchildren Trust and the part she plays as a member of her local
Catholic Parish Church Council.

Roll-Up Display Banners which were designed, printed, supplied and
sponsored by Benefitz.
As a result of this connection Benefitz have recently assisted Bonnie with her efforts with The Auckland Dyspraxia Support Trust.
“During the ceremony a man approached me and introduced himself by offering his help with my work,” explains Bonnie Wiliams. “In my often up-front manner I said that he might regret his offer. We laughed and chatted for a while about our respective work and efforts for the community. He gave me his card and told me to come and see him. And so I did.”
“The
Dyspraxia Support Trust needed some mobile advertising signs for when
we attend seminars and give talks to the various interested groups as
we do from time to time. He was very glad to help with this and now we
have two truly excellent mobile display signs, which are absolutely
perfect for what we need when we are making our periodic presentations.
Because there can be no doubt whatsoever that the more people know
about Dyspraxia and its related special needs the more they
will be able to help the children that suffer from these very difficult
problems.”
enough to meet such generous, capable and kind hearted people. Thank you Benefitz.”
