Our latest version of BWEB is our most impressive yet. We’ve been developing and improving our custom built content management system (CMS) for over five years. The latest version, BWEB 2.5 is a leap forward for this already successful product.

Flexible, like a gymnast

Today CMS (or content management system) is a vital part of website development and there’s a CMS on every “virtual” corner. While all these products promise variety of “ready-to-go” features, we’ve found that most suffer from one fundamental flaw: LACK OF FLEXIBILITY!

A website is only as good as its ability to represent your business. If a CMS locks you into one type of design or feature set, it’s no good. We’ve broken this long standing hindrance with a CMS that’s ultra flexible and can be moulded to your needs.

We can “plug” almost any design into the front of BWEB and tailor or custom build almost any feature to work exactly the way you’d like it to.

Plays well with others

Because we’ve built BWEB ourselves, using the best technologies and standards, we’ve been able to integrate BWEB with dozens of other systems. Our clients use their BWEB websites to talk to other websites and services like real estate databases, car dealer databases, CRMs, the list goes on.

More ACRONYMS than a tech convention

If geeking out is your thing, you’ll recognise some of these acronyms. BWEB is built using mostly open source technology, a solid LAMP framework of PHP, MYSQL all running on a rock solid LINUX platform. We continue to integrate latest standards and trends employing HTML 5, CSS3 and AJAX technologies where appropriate.

We’ve made massive improvements to our administration area. We’ve given it a bit of a makeover, but we haven’t thrown out the familiar features, like our popular dashboard which makes all your sites features just a single click away. We’ve enhanced the management of webpages and content categorisation allowing you to manage a wider range of content in a single place.

Site-wide searching

While granular searching is available in later versions of BWEB, we’ve now added our state of the art search function into the management area. Whether you have a five page website or you maintain a large directory or service, you can find your content in seconds.

News and RSS

Managing your news with BWEB is a breeze and accessing that content is now simpler than ever for your visitors with our new RSS feature.

Good old slideshow. Easy on the old.

Our slideshow feature is a sleek, integrated, multipurpose feature that finds its way into every website we build. We’ve made it more flexible by introducing a Java based version of this feature that includes multiple smooth transitions.

Gallery

Previously an ‘extra’ paid feature, our gallery is now fully integrated in BWEB. Whether you use it to showcase your products, show off your photos, or share your resources, BWEB’s gallery is indispensable.

Email Marketing, anyone?
Newsletter lets you communicate with your tribe and connect with potential customers. Upload your database or collect a database on your site. If your database is smaller than 1000 subscribers, you can send unlimited “newsletters”, personalised and free. Got more than 1000 subscribers? Call us to talk about our high volume, high function e-marketing solutions, available as part of Newsletter or as a stand alone product.

Blogging

Need a soapbox? We’ve got one in BWEB’s blog feature. We’ve built a lean, easy to use blog that will allow you to broadcast your opinions to the world.

Sell your products using BWEB’s Catalogue. Catalogue, combined with an online payment gateway can take your products global. Our enhanced catalogue makes loading and managing product information ultra easy by allowing for:

Search Engine Friendly

We’ve gone to great lengths to keep the great Google happy and we’ve given you the controls when it comes to setting vital keyword and meta information.
